The Black Forest Inn is centrally located in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota and is a perfect lodging location while visiting local tourist attractions Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Crazy Horse Memorial, Custer State Park, Badlands National Park, Wind Cave National Park, Jewel Cave National Monument, and Devil's Tower National Monument.
Though we have a Rapid City address, we are a bed and breakfast approximately 30 minutes from downtown. You can find us nestled among the pine trees just 12 miles north of Hill City. We are located within minutes of fishing and water recreation at Pactola Lake and Sheridan Lake, see the Mickelson Trail on a bicycle, or hike the hills on the Centennial Trail.
We are the perfect area for boating, hunting, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, golfing, mountain biking, skiing, and all summer and winter sports. When your day of playing and exploring is done, come back and unwind in your beautiful room and soak in the hot tub.
Included each morning with your stay is a scrumptious breakfast delight, such as stuffed French toast, pumpkin pancakes, special egg bake, and more.
